ریشه روشنی پوسید و فرو ریخت.
و صدا در جاده بی طرح فضا می رفت.
از مرزی گذشته بود،
در پی مرز گمشده می گشت.
کوهی سنگین نگاهش را برید.
صدا از خود تهی شد
و به دامن کوه آویخت:
پناهم بده، تنها مرز آشنا! پناهم بده.
و کوه از خوابی سنگین پر بود.
خوابش طرحی رها شده داشت.
صدا زمزمه بیگانگی را بویید،
برگشت،
فضا را از خود گذر داد
و در کرانه نادیدنی شب بر زمین افتاد.

کوه از خواب سنگین پر بود.
دیری گذشت،
خوابش بخار شد.
طنین گمشده ای به رگ هایش وزید:
پناهم بده، تنها مرز آشنا! پناهم بده.
سوزش تلخی به تار و پودش ریخت.
خواب خطا کارش را نفرین فرستاد
و نگاهش را روانه کرد.

انتظاری نوسان داشت.
نگاهی در راه مانده بود
و صدایی در تنهایی می گریست.
